1. Upon submission of this form, EFMD will send you an invoice for a deposit equivalent to 100% of the value of your exhibitor package (3500€ + VAT if applicable). The deposit is payable within 30 days of the issue date of the invoice.  2. Once the fee for your stand has been received, we will send you instructions on how to register your representatives via the conference registration form. The present registration comprises your stand and registration for 1 delegate. Additional registration is subject to a fee of 1000€+VAT. 3. The above registered Institution agrees not to use the participants’ details provided by EFMD for mass mailings and selling purposes. If the said conditions are not respected, EFMD reserves its right to refuse future applications from your institution.
